JD's High School Friend Party

It is a shame that we usually only get together with these guys for the annual Christmas party. It is always an entertaining time.

Give kids a table and chairs their size and they are happy the whole night.

Temple Square

Monday night for Family Night we went to Temple Square and to dinner with my family. It was a little hectic getting there and trying to park. But once we got there it was as pretty as ever.

Cox Christmas Party

Saturday was the Cox Christmas Party. I was excited for this party because Santa always makes an appearance and I wanted to see Lexie's reaction this year. We have been talking a lot about Santa and she was ready. Brynnlee on the other hand didn't like him at all. She did however love the present he gave her.
She got a baby with bottles. She walked around with the baby in the basket feeding her.
She loved Santa. She had been so good because she really wants a camera for Christmas.
I tried to do the "drop and run" . . . .
This was the result . . . it didn't quite work.

B's Coat

B loves her coat. She loves going places and putting on her coat means we are going out. She doesn't even mind wearing it in her carseat.
It is a huge coat but she is so stinkin' cute in it.

Christmas Pictures

My friend Kamille took these pictures. I love them.
It is impossible to take a picture of Brynnlee now that she can walk. She just ups and goes if she doesn't want to be there.
Our two angels
She looks so sweet and innocent!

My Snow Bunny

Lexie is now able to put on all of her snow clothes by herself. So goes out in the back yard and plays by herself a couple of times a day. I love that she will do everything by herself.
This is usually how I find her. She loves to do snow angels.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving this year was at JD's parents house. We had a great dinner and spent quality time with family.

Abby, Grace, Lexie and Ellie
They didn't think anyone was looking! They all took turns swiping some fluff.

Arizona

The weekend before Thanksgiving JD and I went to Arizona to watch Clay his brother play in the NCCA Soccer Tournament. We drove down with his parents and brother Russ. We rented a mini-van and drove through the night to get there. It wasn't too bad, of course I didn't have to drive or stay awake. The weather and food was great. Clays team lost out early than expected so we drove to St. George and did some shopping before heading home. We came home to a lot of snow, yeah it was a little depressing.
Clay is the one in black with the ball.

Best Friends

We are so blessed to live so close to some good friends. Lexie and Brynnlee love going to Kamille and Johns' house. Lexie sometimes sneaks down there without me knowing! These two girls love each other.
Kamille took these pictures while she was watching Brynnlee for me.
They play so well together.
They follow each other around the house usually wanting what the other one has.

FALL!

Before the weather turned frigid the girls enjoyed time playing in the leaves.
Brynnlee loving the fact that she could walk and not have to crawl on the grass.
I love this picture, you can totally see her personality!
She does smile, this is proof!
She raked a pile of leaves to jump in.
Yes, she gets her hops from me!

Halloween

Halloween. Both girls were the cutest witches ever. I had the idea for their costumes last year. I was so excited to finally make them and see how cute they turned out.
Brynnlee actually didn't mind wearing her costume. She didn't really like the hat but she wont keep a headband on any more so that didn't surprise me.
Lexie loves her costume. Her favorite part was getting to wear makeup.

Happy Baby
JD took Lexie trick-or-treating this year. She loved it. They stayed out for a couple of hours, she walked the whole time without complaining. She was so excited to get candy.
