Clay and Kelsee's Wedding

JD's little brother Clay and Kelsee got married in the Logan temple on May 10th.  It was a beautiful wedding.  So excited to have Kelsee apart of the family.  The girls were so excited to wear their pretty outfits and see Kelsee in her 'princess' dress.

Brynnlee was happy for most of the wedding.  Thanks to my awesome visiting teacher Colette for having her take a nap!
Still trying to get a good picture of them together.
Sisterly love!
JD and Clay

Clay and the nephews (minus Parker and Jed)
Kelsee and the nieces
We bribed Brynnlee with chocolate, it worked for maybe one picture.

Happy cousins
This would be the picture bribery actually worked for!

Founder's Day Fireworks

The girls love going to the football field and watching the fireworks.  The atmosphere is just festive and the girls love to watch people and of course glow necklaces make everything more fun!

Always trying to get a picture of them together,  still haven't succeeded on a good one.
B loving the glow necklace!
Another try at a picture together, it almost worked!

Willard Bay

We spent a Saturday at Willard Bay a couple weeks ago.  Leslie and Brent's family came with and we just had a relaxing day at the beach.  We took Indy for her first swim, which she didn't love or hate.  Lexie of course was in heaven in the sand and water.  Brynnlee sat and ate candy most of the day.  I sat a relaxed in the shade while JD was a great husband/dad and kept the girls entertained.

Indy's first time in the lake.

One tuckered out girl . . .
One tuckered out puppy.
Lexie loved jumping off dads shoulders.

Brynlee and Colby stayed busy throwing rocks, surprisingly not at each other.

Drying off after a swim.  These two are inseparable.

Indy's 1st Bath

JD and the girls giving Indy her first bath.

She wasn't quite sure about the water, but she did pretty good.

Lexie was a big helper.

We forgot to dump the water out after and Brynnlee played in it.  Yes, she smelled really bad and had to take a bath of her own.

Lexie's Preschool Graduation

Lexie attended Sunshine Preschool this year.  She loved it, but is so ready to go to Kindergarten she can hardly wait for summer to be over.  She loved both her teachers; Teacher Tosha and Teacher Brandy.  They were so great with her and taught her so many things in a fun way.

Lexie and Madison Hunter (her BFF)

The proud graduate!  She was so happy that Grandma Parry and Grandma Cox and even her cousin Payton came to see her graduate.

JD's Father's Day Present

JD has been wanting a chocolate lab for quite awhile now.  I finally accepted the fact that everybody wanted a dog but me.  So I started searching KSL and the rest of the internet trying to find one.  Chocolate labs are hard to find, they sale so fast.  After 3 months of looking I found a litter in Roy and decided to go ahead and get it for Father's Day.  Only problem was that I found her in May and Father's Day wasn't until the middle of June.  I took the girls to go and play with the puppy every week after tumbling.  Lexie was so good at keeping our secret (which is amazing because she tells dad everything)!  One day I got a text from JD saying he found a litter and wanted to go look at it.  He had already called the guy and was almost ready to put a down payment on one.  I decided we needed to go and get the puppy early, because I did not want to have two dogs!  We went and picked up the puppy, she was born on Easter so she was 9 weeks old and just as cute as could be.  We surprised JD at work, and surprised he was!  I don't know who loves the dog more JD or the girls.

Both girls love Indy.  They play outside for hours.  They take her on walks  and in the morning instead of coming and getting in bed with us, they go straight outside with the dog!
